Abstrakt

Historier kan spille en viktig rolle for å oppnå effektiv kunnskapsdeling. Denne studien fokuserer på
hvordan smidige verdier i en prosjektorganisasjon er med på å skape arenaer for kunnskapsdeling
gjennom historiefortelling. En casestudie ble gjennomført i en prosjektorganisasjon som praktiserer
Scrum utviklingsmetodikk. Artikkelen gjengir beskrevne prosjektsituasjoner fra fire prosjekter.
Analysen bygger på narrativer identifisert gjennom observasjon, intervjuer og dokumentstudier. Funn
fra denne studien viser at smidige praksiser har et potensial som kan bidra til en kunnskapsdelende
kultur hvor historiefortelling er sentralt. Studien identifiserte historier som fokuserte på scenarioer,
brukerhistorier og arbeidshistorier, samt ulike typer historier som bidro til erkjennelse av pågående
problemer og refleksjon rundt egen innsats og resultat.
